You must have the legal right to possess firearms to use this site. Any listing that attempts to spam, sell any illegal weapons, sell weapons illegally, or otherwise compromises the purpose of this website is prohibited. The LocalGunList.com reserves the ultimate discretion as to which ads are in violation of these guidelines and reserves the right to remove any listings at any time.

By posting or responding to a listing at LocalGunList.com, you agree to the following statements:

I am over the age of 21 years old and have the legal right to possess firearms in my community. I agree that I will be solely responsible for the content of all classified ads that I post under this program and that I will indemnify the LocalGunList.com and hold it harmless for any losses or damages to myself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from any listings that I post here. I take responsibility for my actions whilst using Armslist.com. I also take responsibility for any and all of my actions related to, or resulting from, my use of Armslist.com. Further, I am solely responsible for any and all consequences of such my actions. LocalGunList may make changes to these terms at any time without notifying me. As a user, I am solely responsible for reading the most current version of the terms and conditions. LocalGunList.com does not act as agent or broker for any advertiser or buyer. It is your responsibility to be in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws when using this site. This website does not condone illegal activity of any kind, nor does it act in any capacity in firearms transactions.

All transactions must comply with all state, federal, and local restrictions and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the seller and buyer to conform to these regulations. Please report any illegal Firearms Activity immediately to 1-800-ATF-GUNS. Neither LocalGunList.com nor does its owner assumes any liability in such transactions or for the items in such transactions. I indemnify and hold harmless LocalGunList and all of its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents for any and all loss, harm, damage, costs, liability, and expense caused to them, whether intentionally or unintentionally, by my use of LocalGunListt.com, including but not limited to direct or indirect results of violations of any and all applicable laws.

If you are unsure of the Federal regulations regarding firearms and firearm transactions, they can be obtained at the ATF ONLINE, the ATF has a Frequently Asked Questions page concerning how to transfer a firearm if you are a non-FFL licensed person. LocalGunList.com encourages all buyers and sellers to conduct transactions of firearms through a licensed firearms dealer. The buyer and seller are responsible for determining when going through a licensed firearms dealer is required by law. Once again, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and sale of firearms and LocalGunList.com cannot be held responsible in any way.

LocalGunList.com classified users' email addresses cannot be abused or used for any other purpose than to inquire about posted items or services. Any abuse of user email addresses present on LocalGunList.com classifieds is strictly prohibited. All information provided by LocalGunList.com. is as-is without warranties of any kind. LocalGunList.com takes no responsibility for information not authored by ourselves. We reserve the right to email our users. We reserve the right to not post user submissions.
